Christine Yuan

Christine Yuan is an Emmy-award winning director known for her bold and playful style. She creates highly designed worlds with an instinct for authentic performances, provoking set design, and dynamic camera techniques.

Christine has crafted compelling films for clients such as Beats, Prada, Lancôme, Mercedes-Benz, Reebok, Facebook, Samsung, Tiffany & Co. and has been shortlisted for D&AD, 1.4, Young Guns, and Shoot’s Director’s Showcase.

A diverse filmmaker, her television documentaries have won Best Culture & History Documentary at the LA Area Emmy, the Golden Mike Awards, and Best Feature Doc at the National Arts & Entertainment Journalism Awards whilst her narrative work has screened at Cannes, Marfa, Los Angeles Film Festival, and the Berlin Fashion Film Festival and showcased at the Autry Museum, NOH Wave Gallery, Los Angeles Center for Digital Art and more.
