ANEIL KARIA

Aneil Karia is a British director and writer. His work is warm, stirring and keenly-observed — a medley of city and family life, loss and love.

His short film, ‘The Long Goodbye’, recently won an Oscar for Best Live Action Short — the first music video to be nominated. Amongst a host of other awards, including a BIFA and Cannes Gold Lion, the film was also discussed in British Parliament, where it was branded ‘required viewing’.

Aneil studied at the National Film and Television School. He is based in London.
